Gamble Legal was founded by Mary Gamble after years of international experience cultivated and honed through both private and in-house practice across a broad range of disciplines. She has successfully guided startups from brainstorming through launch, advised international organizations, worked with international Chambers of Commerce, helped develop and shape policy with international government leaders, facilitated the international relocation of C-suite executives including negotiating competitive compensation packages, overseen employment matters and developed human resource policies, and has been invited to speak across multiple international platforms to share her expertise and lead educational sessions.

Mary Gamble, Esq., MBA, CPP

Mary Gamble graduated with a B.A. cum laude from Clemson University before going on to earn both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University with honors. While in law school, Ms. Gamble completed a certificate program in Mediation and was active in its Society for Dispute Resolution, completed an international law program at the University of Florence in Italy, clerked at the General Counsel’s Office for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, and worked in the international law and intellectual property legal departments for Subway at its world headquarters in both Connecticut and their Amsterdam office.

Since her admission to the Bar, Ms. Gamble has cultivated her legal expertise with a focus on business formation, business operations, transactional matters, sports and entertainment, social media, and intellectual property, and applied her business management background to provide valuable business strategy and operational guidance to her clients. Ms. Gamble also gained considerable expertise in the security industry as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for an international high-tech security development company, where her practice spanned international law, intellectual property, emerging technology and technology development, physical and cyber security, risk mitigation, risk management, business continuity, and consumer protection.

Building upon this experience, Ms. Gamble earned her Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, considered the “gold standard” certification for security management professionals, uniquely positioning her as one of the few practicing attorneys to hold this certification and better able to understand the applied dynamics and demands of the security industry.

Now at Gamble Legal, Ms. Gamble is excited to integrate additional areas of practice for which she holds a passion including Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM), immigration, and environmental and sustainability practices.

Ms. Gamble is admitted to practice law in both New York and North Carolina.
